This is why we are introducing the newly developed security standard: Active-Resistance. Among other things, these entrances are equipped with an advanced Lockdown function for optimal protection without compromising on aesthetics.

Security at the highest level

Thanks to the innovative lockdown functionality, the revolving doors can be locked quickly and efficiently in the event of a threat. Via a signal from the reception desk, the lockdown procedure is activated, causing the NSWA wall(s) to automatically close and immediately lock the door cross. This ensures that unauthorized entry is prevented.

The safety of the intruders has also been considered. In the NSWA wall, a sensor detects if someone is in the closing zone. Injury is prevented by temporarily interrupting the closing process. Once the person leaves the security field, the NSWA wall completes its closure.

Smart Unlocking in Emergency Situations

When the situation is safe, the lockdown can be easily released. The NSWA wall can be unlocked via a key or a built-in button, after which it automatically opens and the passageway is accessible again.
